Rescue Retro Relics Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Rescue Retro Relics! Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently only ship to the 48 contiguous states. We do not ship internationally, to Alaska, Hawaii, FPO's or APO's.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days of receiving cleared payment.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Standard Shipping: We charge a flat rate of $6.95 across the board for all domestic orders. These packages are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground Saver. In an attempt to keep shipping charges low for our customers, we may, at times, use Fedex as well. If there is an issue with any of these carriers and delivery to your address, please send us an email at stephanie@rescueretrorelics.com
Free Shipping: We are happy to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $75 (calculated before taxes and after any discounts are applied).
Expedited Shipping
Need your retro collectibles a little faster? We can accommodate expedited shipping requests on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us at stephanie@rescueretrorelics.com before placing your order to discuss faster shipping options and pricing.
Address Accuracy Warning
Please double-check your shipping address carefully at checkout. * We print shipping labels directly from the information provided at the time of purchase. Rescue Retro Relics is completely unable to retrieve, redirect, or refund packages that have been shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer. If a package is lost due to an incorrect address, the buyer assumes all responsibility.
Damages & Missing Packages
Once your package is handed over to USPS, UPS or Fedex, the title and risk of loss pass to you. If your item arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us immediately so we can help you coordinate with the carrier.
