Rescue Retro Relics Return & Refund Policy

 

Thank you for shopping with Rescue Retro Relics! We want you to love your retro collectibles. If you need to make a return, please review our guidelines below.

 

Incorrect or Defective Items

If you receive an incorrect or defective item,  please contact us so we can make it right.  In these cases,  we may provide a return shipping label. 

 

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date your item was delivered to request a return.

 

Return Shipping Costs

Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for providing and paying for their own return shipping labels. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

Item Condition

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original, unopened packaging.

 

Strict Exceptions & Final Sale Items

Blind Boxes: All blind boxes and mystery items are strictly final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged. Because the surprise element is the core feature of these products, we cannot accept returns due to the risk of tampering or the item being opened.

Any other items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase cannot be returned.

 

Fees

No Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking or handling fees for processed returns.

 

How to Initiate a Return

Please contact us at Stephanie@rescueretrorelics.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

Within 3 business day we will respond with a return authorization, an RMA number and directions on where to ship your return to. 

Once your return is authorized, securely package your items and mail them back to us using a trackable shipping service of your choice.

 

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email confirming its arrival and approval status.

If approved, your refund will be automatically processed back to your original method of payment within a few business days.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
